ICT SupportAnambra State ICT Agency
Pursuant to the directives of the Anambra State Executive Council (ANSEC), and in line with Mr. Governor's vision of “Technology Everywhere & Everything Technology,” every Ministry, Department and Agency is to adhere to the approved ICT modalities below. They build one coordinated, standardised and secure digital ecosystem across Government.
All MDA websites must use the approved <mda>.anambrastate.gov.ng format under the
official government domain — no other format is approved.

All employees must use their assigned official email address
(@anambrastate.gov.ng) for government communication — never a personal address.
This keeps official correspondence secure, verifiable and on record. If you do not yet have your
official address, log a request with NORA and the Agency will set it up.
All procurement of ICT hardware, software and services must follow government guidelines and policies, favouring open standards and interoperability so systems work together and the State avoids lock-in. Engage the ICT Agency early when planning an ICT purchase.
Every officer issued a government computer must read, understand and uphold the PC usage policy — covering security, data, acceptable use and care of the device. Read the PC usage policy →

Enhance service delivery through online platforms, electronic forms and streamlined processes for citizens and businesses. MDAs planning digital services should coordinate with the ICT Agency so they fit the State's shared platforms and standards.
Every MDA is responsible for furnishing the ICT Agency with the information needed to represent it on the State web portal and its official website:
Each MDA should appoint a dedicated ICT focal point or team responsible for overseeing integration and compliance with these modalities. The ICT Agency conducts periodic reviews and assessments to monitor progress and support every MDA.
The ICT Agency is here to help your MDA comply and get the most from these tools. Log a request any time — NORA will route it to the right desk.
